I'm actually there every day and get coffee, citizens or ice cream. With very few exceptions, the employees are always super friendly. The food is of good quality and the coffee is always particularly tasty. I was offered the half-full sundae a few times ... But after a short intervention, a shot of ice was still added. So my dog and I are enthusiastic about McDonald's at the Lohmühle.

One of the best McDonalds outlets. Since the renovation, the shop has always looked great and the change in the ordering system ensures that you always get fresh goods. Staff is absolutely fine. If McDonalds were not so expensive as a franchise, you would definitely be there more often, but the individual branches are not responsible for that.

The coffee grande is very good. Points are deducted because there is no longer a breakfast with scrambled eggs. This is very annoying. 4 customers have just left the store for this very reason. Please offer again!

Hi, we were at the drive-in. You really only get this little ice cream at McDonalds Lübeck Lohmühle. When asked, the employee said that it only costs € 1 and should not be expected anymore. Finally she hung a cheeky '' 'so far you have probably only come across nice employees'' who have been filling my mug for years, as on the advertisement. Today I probably got to know the unfriendly team. Very disappointing that you suddenly have to save on ice cream. However, then you have to buy, too, that you would rather go to the competition next time.

Service can vary from day to day but I like the implementation of digital ordering monitors and getting the food brought to your table. You can literally not interact with a person and have your food served at your table. I have not seen that in almost any McDonald's
